Organic fertilizers are fertilizers that are naturally produced and contain carbon (C). Fertilizers are materials that can be added to soil or plants, in order to provide nutrients and sustain growth. Typical organic fertilizers include mineral sources, all animal waste including meat processing, manure, slurry, and guano, plant based fertilizers, such as compost, and biosolids.

5 Types of Organic Fertilizers: Organic fertilizers are derived from plant & vegetable residues, animal matter & animal excreta or mineral sources. A basic advantage of organic fertilizers is that they have complex biological structure. They take time and help of organisms present in soil to break down to simpler nutrient molecules. This process is slow and hence the full and timely consumption of the nutrients by plants is ensured unlike the chemical fertilizers.

Organic fertilizers are economically better than there chemical counterparts. They can be prepared locally on the farm. Made from locally procured material they always have a better availability. They are better on environmental aspects as well. They are made from renewable ingredients which will always be available.

Organic fertilizer mainly refers to the biological fertilizer produced by raw material of fresh chicken manure, pig manure, peat, animal wastes, plant wastes from agriculture, and treated sewage sludge etc. and does not contain any chemical ingredients. The organic fertilizer is high humidity and viscosity and stinky. But it is rich of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acids, Protein and other ingredients. Through drying, deodorizing and pelleting by ZJN drying machine, these organic fertilizer can be used as medium for planting mushrooms, as well as green compound fertilizer for farmland to improve the soil and provide adequate nutrition for crops.

Thus completing high humidity → not wet, high viscosity → no sticky, high-viscosity→non-sticky important conversion.

A bag house, also known as a bag house filter, bag filter, or fabric filter is an air pollution control device and dust collector that removes particulates or gas released from commercial processes out of the air.

Most baghouses use long, cylindrical bags (or tubes) made of woven or felted fabric as a filter medium. For applications where there is relatively low dust loading and gas temperatures are 250 °F (121 °C) or less, pleated, non woven cartridges are sometimes used as filtering media instead of bags.

Bag houses are very efficient particulate collectors because of the dust cake formed on the surface of the bags. The fabric provides a surface on which dust collects through the following four mechanisms:

Inertial collection – Dust particles strike the fibers placed perpendicular to the gas-flow direction instead of changing direction with the gas stream.

Interception – Particles that do not cross the fluid streamlines come in contact with fibers because of the fiber size.

Brownian movement – Sub micrometre particles are diffused, increasing the probability of contact between the particles and collecting surfaces.

Electrostatic forces – The presence of an electrostatic charge on the particles and the filter can increase dust capture.

A combination of these mechanisms results in formation of the dust cake on the filter, which eventually increases the resistance to gas flow. The filter must be cleaned periodically.
