The structure of the entire domestic sludge dryer is as follows:
1."Triple-cylinder" nested structure, that is, the drum is composed of three nested concentric cylinders. The advantage of this design is that the length of the dryer main body is shortened to only one-third of the original, which not only saves the factory space but also enhances the thermal insulation effect. This compact structure is featured by its space-saving and energy-efficient characteristics, which is consistent with the design concept of modern environmental protection equipment.
2. A "rotary rake crushing" device is installed inside the drum, which can break materials into small particles according to different material sizes, facilitating the increase of the contact area between sludge and hot air, thereby accelerating the drying speed. Combined with the built-in combined material lifting plates, the sludge keeps moving at high speed reciprocally in the drum. While accelerating the sludge drying, it also prevents the sludge from sticking together due to "loss of activity", helping users solve the drying problem of high-moisture and high-viscosity materials. The rotary rake device and material lifting plates work together to ensure uniform drying and avoid sludge agglomeration.
