Based on traditional single-drum drying equipment, it adopts a triple cylinder nested structure, with an overall length only one-third of that of conventional dryers. The internal structure is fully optimized and rationally arranged. Equipped with rotary rake crushing devices and combined material lifting and guiding systems, it keeps crushed sludge in high-speed motion inside the cylinder, effectively preventing material stagnation and wall adhesion.
2.High heat transfer efficiency and low heat loss.
Featuring a direct heating drying process, it maximizes heat energy utilization and accelerates heat and mass transfer. The daily processing capacity of a single unit can reach hundreds of tons, suitable for medium and large-scale sludge treatment enterprises.
